Can I get free shipping?
If you are new here you are eligible for FREE SHIPPING on your first order – all you have to do is create an account & activate it via the email link that should arrive shortly after.
If you are a repeat customer you can get free shipping on any package whose contents are worth over 80 EUR.

Is pay on delivery option available for pickup lockers as well?

Tracking links are sent via email once the package gets processed at the courier's depot, which is usually within 24 hours after being handed over.
Modifications to your order are only possible for the first 3 hours after finishing the order (before it begins processing).
